So much more than I expected! It was so amazing and I hope to come back again! It was well worth our 7hr trip from Georgia!

NO handicap ride entrance on the bus ride to the back! You are slung around on the curvy ride to the park area. Then I asked for the rental mobile chair. Had to get off bus. When I asked the luggage cart guy for the chairs. He said I had to get it here. Pay for it then walk a good block in freezing 25^ weather to the ark.

When you ask workers questions concerning the need of services they can't give an answer. A better pamphlet for these services and better informed employees are needed.

Then to leave We asked where do you get on to ride to the bus. Again had to walk across area in freezing weather to get on the baggage cart vehicle; too get out, back on the big bus. None of these vehicles are for Handicap People. The curvy road isn't for speeding buses.
The service is lousy! Take your kids some place else for the restroom before you get in parking lot. Unless you want blue water stains on their clothes for the whole tour. For the price you pay, outhouse facilities aren't what you need.
The Ark itself was nice.
